Instructions:

Peel and chop the onion.

Score the tomatoes crosswise on the stem and place them briefly in hot water.

Remove the skin and cut the tomatoes into small pieces.

Rinse the pepperoni and cut into very small rings. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and sauté the onion pieces until softened, then add the pepperoni and tomatoes and sauté for another 2-3 minutes.

Beat the eggs and stir through with salt, pepper and the paprika powder.

Pour the mixture over the vegetables and continue to stir with a pour until the mixture is set.

Serve with Turkish pita bread.
