Cut the melanzane into 2 cm cubes, fry in oil until they get color, not too soft.

Remove from the frying pan and drain in a sieve or on kitchen paper. Mix with the yogurt and spices, squeeze in the garlic and bring to the table well chilled.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all of a good dish!
