Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 190 °C and lightly grease the baking dish. Cut the tomatoes in half and scrape out the seeds with a teaspoon. Mix the bread cubes, parsley, basil, garlic, salt and pepper and stir in some olive oil. Pile the filling on the tomato halves. Drizzle a little oil over the tomato halves and place them in the oven for 20-25 minutes, until the tomatoes are soft and the filling is crispy.
