Instructions:

For the liver cheese brioche terrine, first mix lukewarm milk with yeast, salt and one part sugar for the brioche. Let rise, add remaining ingredients and knead well. Let the dough rise for about 30 minutes, divide it into 5 parts, put it into a buttered baking pan, let it rise for another 30 minutes and bake it at 150 °C for about 30 minutes.

Place three slices of brioche in the mold, spread lightly with pesto, place spinach leaves and three thin slices of meat loaf on top. Repeat this process and finish with a layer of brioche.

Mix the ingredients for the gratin mixture and pour over the terrine. Bake the liver cheese brioche terrine at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes.
