Instructions:

Cut the sausage into small pieces and the onion into half rings. Fry both in oil. Then add the champions (perhaps roughly chopped = halved), then the sugar, sour cream or crème fraiche, mustard, mix heartily, season with salt / pepper.

Serve with long grain rice.
