Instructions:

Rinse the meat, dry it. Cut into strips. Stir soy sauce, rice wine and pepper. Marinate meat in it. Soak mushrooms according to instructions. Remove meat from marinade (collect marinade). Fry in portions in hot fat. Take out. Sauté carrots, peppers and leek rings in the fat. Season well, add clear soup and marinade and sauté for about 12 minutes until tender. Steam drained mushrooms and peas for 5 minutes. Add bean sprouts and meat. Add spicy seasoning.
