Instructions:

Dice the onion as finely as possible and sauté until translucent. Mix well with the remaining ingredients. Add breadcrumbs until the mixture becomes well malleable. It should not be too “liquid”, but also not crumble.

Form meat loaves from the mixture and fry the loaves in butter or fat.

Drain the meatballs briefly on paper towels and serve.
