Instructions:

For the may punch, grate the zest of one lemon.

Cut both lemons in half and squeeze.

Pour into a glass bowl together with the washed woodruff leaves, fill with white wine and allow to infuse for approx. 15-20 min.

Before serving, top up the may punch with sparkling wine or mineral water.
