For the matie with curry, rinse the matie, dry and cut into mud-sized pieces.

Drain the corn and tangerines. Collect the tangerine juice.

Mix matjes, mandarins and corn.

Peel and finely dice onions. Mix onion cubes, yogurt, mayonnaise, curry and mustard. Season with tangerine juice, pepper and salt.

Pour the sauce over the matjes and sprinkle with curry.

Chop the dill and sprinkle it on the matie with curry.
