For the mascarpone cream with lemon, beat the whole egg with the sugar for 3-4 minutes until very foamy, then mix in the mascarpone and the yogurt.

Mix in the grated zest of the lemon, the juice of half a lemon and the scraped pulp of the vanilla pod (or vanilla sugar or whole grated vanilla pods).

Finally, fold in the whipped cream with a whisk. Garnish the mascarpone cream with lemon with fresh fruit pieces.
