For the marzipan cinnamon nuts, bring milk, butter, sugar and honey to a boil once, remove from heat and stir in lemon zest and spices.

Once cooled, place in the refrigerator to cool completely. Mix flour, cornflour and sugar and stir into the cold honey mixture, knead dough, wrap in foil and chill.

In the meantime, roast the nuts in the oven at 180 °C, let them cool down a bit and grate them with a crockery stick until the shells come off. Roll out, cut small squares and bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes.

Form small balls from the marzipan, place them on the cooled squares and carefully press a hazelnut into each one.

Pour some chocolate glaze into a snack bag, cut off a small corner and spread the glaze in stripes over the marzipan-cinnamon nuts.
