Instructions:

For the marzipan bells, finely crumble the marzipan and put in a bowl with butter, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar, mix well. Now stir in the egg whites and finally knead in the flour.

Wrap the dough in cling film and leave to rest in a cool place for 1 hour. Roll out the dough thinly between cling film, cut out bells and place on a coated baking tray.

Bake in a preheated oven at 175 °C for about 7-8 minutes. Melt the nougat and put 2 bells together with it.

Heat the chocolate glaze and glaze one side of the bells with it and dust with gold dust.
