A cake recipe for all foodies:

Preparation – Butter a baking tray of 30 cm _ and dust with flour – Roll out the dough, spread out the baking tray and poke ~ Cut the onions and leeks into tender strips – Cut the monkfish fillet into cubes – Clean the mussels, steam until soft and remove – Stir through the eggs, cream, milk and flour for the glaze, season to taste.

Preparation – Sauté onions and leek in butter – Add fish fillets – Fill up with white wine, season, infuse briefly and add mussels – Drain the filling in a sieve, cool and spread evenly on the pastry base – Boil the stock to a glaze, mix with the glaze and mold over the filling – Bake in the oven at 220 C for about half an hour
