Cut the beef shoulder into cubes. Dice the onion and fry in a pressure cooker. Add the meat and fry as well.

Remove the meat.

Dust the roasting residue with flour and deglaze with water.

Add the meat again, season with marjoram, salt and mustard. Stew for approx. 15-20 minutes until soft.
