Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Prepare the spaghettini in salted water al dente, rinse and drain. Soak the seaweed in water for 10 minutes, cut the salmon fillet into 2 cm cubes and thaw the mussels.

In a large frying pan, sauté the shallot cubes in butter. Add the garlic, followed shortly by the seaweed, mussels, salmon and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and a little bit of juice of a lemon. Stir in the spaghettini and toss briefly.

Then put everything together in a buttered gratin dish. Mix the whipped cream with the eggs, season with salt and pepper and pour over the pasta. Mix grated cheese with toast crumbs and sprinkle on the pasta. At the end, form butter flakes on top and bake in the oven heated to 175 °C (convection oven) for about 20 minutes.

Serve the casserole with fresh green leaf salad.
