For the mango mousse, peel and puree the mangoes. Add sugar and lemon juice to taste.

Remove the gelatin soaked in water and put it in the microwave for a few seconds so that it is completely liquid.

Also add to the mango mixture and mix well. Beat 4 egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the mango mixture.

Pour into glasses and refrigerate for at least 12 hours. Before serving, puree fruit and empty over mango mousse. Decorate with whole fruit.
