Mama’s Chocolate Mousse

For the chocolate mousse, melt the chocolate over steam in a saucepan. Whip the cream until stiff, stir in the powdered sugar and Amaretto.

Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then serve the chocolate mousse in dessert bowls.
