Instructions:

Perhaps your new favorite bean dish:

* Soak beans for one night.

* Finely chop parsley, rinse and clean pepper, remove seeds and chop pod.

* Mash broad beans until smooth.

* Stir through bell pepper, paprika powder, juice of one lemon and oil, add garlic skinned and pressed.

* Sauce and 2/3 of the parsley to the beans form.

* Season with salt, pepper and possibly a little more juice of a lemon. * Serve the dip in a bowl and sprinkle with the remaining parsley.

Tip: The dip tastes best with freshly toasted bread.
