Instructions:

For the Malakoff cake without gelatin and alcohol, first prepare the cream. To do this, dissolve the cornstarch or vanilla pudding powder and vanilla sugar in the milk and bring to a boil.

Stir again and again! Whip the cream until stiff and stir in the QimiQ vanilla. Once the milk mixture has come to the boil and has the consistency of a pudding, allow to cool (stir again and again) and stir into the whipped cream mixture.

You can stir in powdered sugar to taste. I usually add about 50 g of it. Now slightly warm the milk and the rum sugar for the biscuits so that the sugar can dissolve well.

Prepare a springform pan with 26-28 cm and put the biscuits in the milk mixture and place them in the springform pan. Now a layer of cream and then again the soaked biscuits, until finally the biscuits form the top row.

Leave the malakoff cake to set in the refrigerator without gelatine and alcohol, preferably overnight. The next day, whip the whipped cream until stiff and cover the cake with it.

Decorate the sides with almond slivers and place the biscuits and again almond slivers on the cake.
