For the Mahogany Chicken Wings, first mix all the ingredients except the chicken parts. Bring to a boil, then gently simmer over low heat for 5-10 minutes, then allow to cool.

Cut the chicken wings at the joints. Do not use the wing tips.

Pour the marinade over the chicken parts in a frozen bag and marinate for one night, better 2 days.

Line 2 trays with aluminum foil, brush with oil. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.

Evenly distribute the pieces one by one on the baking sheets and roast uncovered in the oven for 20 minutes. Remove excess fat and juices from the trays.

Turn chicken pieces to the other side and brush with marinade. Bake for another 20 minutes, brushing again. Repeat two more times, being careful not to burn the sauce on the Mahogany Chicken Wings.
