Instructions:

Put the tomatoes with the liquid in a wide, shallow saucepan and cook until thick.

Cook the pasta in salted water and cook according to the instructions on the package, the pasta should be “al dente”, that is, still have bite.

Chop the chili pepper and season the sauce with it. Season the sauce with salt, pepper and sugar.

Drain the pasta and mix with the sauce. Cut the chives into rolls and sprinkle over the pasta.
