Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Clean the kohlrabi, leek, carrot, bell bell pepper and mushrooms, cut into cubes and fry in a frying pan with oil.

Make the macaroni in salted water so that it is 2/3 cooked, then cool in cold water.

In a saucepan heat the butter, add the flour and fry lightly. Slowly add the milk and stir to make a smooth sauce. Let it boil once, remove the saucepan from the stove, stir in the egg yolks and season with about 50 g of pepper, salt, cheese and nutmeg.

Grease a gratin dish with butter. Cover the bottom with the macaroni in the shape of a snail. Then alternate layers of vegetables, sauce and pasta on top. Finally, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake in the oven at 180 °C until crispy.
