Instructions:

Knead all the ingredients for the pasta dough. Form into a ball, wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in the refrigerator for about 60 minutes.

Then roll out thinly and run through a pasta machine until the desired thickness (for Fleckerl you need a rather thin dough) is achieved.

Cut out pigs from the dough with an appropriate cookie cutter.

The Glücksfleckerl can be boiled briefly in salted water immediately or dried and saved for later.
