Instructions:

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper (or brush thinly with oil). Cut the cherries in half.

Soften dark chocolate coating according to package directions.

In another saucepan, melt white couverture, also according to instructions. Once liquid, divide between two bowls and color one portion pink (to desired intensity) with food coloring.

Pour dark chocolate coating onto the prepared tray. Using a teaspoon, spread white and pink couverture on top in any pattern. Run a wooden stick through a few times to taste to create a marble pattern.

Spread voucher cherries over the top, finishing with sugar hearts and flowers sprinkled loosely in between.

Let chocolate harden completely, break or cut into rough pieces and store in a cool place.
