Instructions:

Make lobster with bay spice in salted water for 20 min. After the cooking time, fish out the lobster from the water and cut it into pieces. Now make the scampi in the same boiling hot salted water for 5 min. After the cooking time, remove the skin from the scampi. Pour hot water over the tomatoes, remove the skin and crush them. Brown the onions and garlic in a frying pan with olive oil. Add the mashed capers, thyme sprigs, tomatoes and olives. Season with salt and pepper. Make the sauce with the lid closed in the frying pan for 20 min.

Then add the sliced lobster and the skinned scampi to the prepared sauce in the frying pan. Finally, add the chopped parsley to the frying pan and simmer for 2 min.

The dish is served with toasted bread.
