For the cucumbers, boil unpeeled potatoes in water and cook for about 15 minutes until cooked through. In the meantime, melt lard in a frying pan over half the heat and sauté finely diced onion.

Peel and core the cucumber, cut into pieces, add and also sauté a little. Add sour cream, salt, pepper, chopped herbs and greens.

Peel hard eggs and potatoes, cut into pieces and mix everything with the cucumbers. Add the cucumbers and serve.
