Instructions:

For the lychee sorbet, peel the lychees, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Puree the pulp in a blender.

Add the sugar, pineapple juice and lemon juice. Blend until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Pour into a container and place in the freezer for about 6 hours. Stir from time to time.
