Instructions:

For the Linz cookies, finely grind hazelnuts, knead with honey, flour, butter, cloves, egg, carob and cinnamon to a dough. Chill for a few hours, then roll out and cut out small cookies.

Bake in a heated oven at 175° Celsius for 10-15 min.

To prepare the filling, mix the indicated ingredients.

Spread 1 tsp of the filling on each cookie and cover with a second cookie.

Decorate Linz cookies as desired.
