For the strawberry tiramisu, mix the curd cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a dash of milk.
Add a dash of rum to the cold black coffee. Place a layer of sponge cake in a mold or glasses and drizzle with the coffee.
