Instructions:

Cook the long grain rice.

Acidify the cod fillet, dice the peppers, onion, garlic clove and the peeled tomatoes.

Mix turmeric, curry, salt and pepper.

Fry the onion in oil with the garlic, add the spices and sauté.

Add paradeis pulp, vegetable soup, paradeis and fish, simmer for 10 minutes.

Finish with yogurt.

Tip: Cook only with high-quality spices – they are the be-all and end-all in a good dish!
