200 g brown lentils (soaked for one night) a quarter of a liter of malt beer 5 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar 1 liter of beef stock pepper 100 g floury potatoes 4 smoked sausages 1 tablespoon of parsley, chopped sauté onion and bacon, celeriac, carrot, leek (diced). Add balsamic vinegar, malt beer, lentils, beef stock, make 40 min. Season with pepper, grate potato into soup, simmer on low heat until soup binds. Add smoked sausage, sprinkle with 1 tbsp chopped parsley.
