A great fish recipe to make yourself:

Sauté long grain rice and lentils in butter at low temperature. Add curry, bay leaf, garlic, saute until it smells good. Extinguish with water and simmer at low temperature with closed lid for thirty to forty minutes. Long grain rice and lentils must be really soft. Add a little water as needed.

Fry the onion in a little butter until crispy. Drain on kitchen roll.

Shortly before serving, pluck trout fillets into pieces. Mix with parsley in the long grain rice. Garnish with onions, eggs and lemon slices. Serve with the rest of the side dishes.

The China variation: stir-fry China-mix vegetables and chopped scallions in a little peanut oil for one minute. Add cooked long-grain rice, stir-fry. Season with soy sauce, finely chopped ginger root and little finely chopped chili peppers. Mix two to three fresh eggs. Stir into the long-grain rice form and briefly fry.
