Instructions:

Peel and finely dice the onion. Rinse the carrot and celery, cut into small cubes. Cut the salami slices into small strips. Sauté without fat in a saucepan while stirring.

Add vegetables and sauté briefly. Fill up with water. Pour in lentils. Add mustard and marjoram and cook in closed pot for 15 to 20 minutes.

Season with salt and sweet paprika.
