Instructions:

Soak the lentils for one night and then boil them with plenty of water until soft. In a frying pan, fry the onions in oil until lightly browned. Add the chopped tomatoes, the chopped pepper and the garlic, continue to simmer for about 2 min, then add the curry powder and stir in the lentils with two cups of water. Bring to a boil again and simmer on low heat with the frying pan covered for about 5 min. Long grain rice goes well with this.
