For the lentil and potato soup, place the lentils in a colander and rinse thoroughly until the water remains clear. Cut potatoes and tofu into small cubes.

Place lentils, potatoes, tofu, raisins and vegetable soup in a pot and simmer for about 10 minutes until potato cubes are soft.

Mix in soy cuisine and season with salt. Serve the lentil and potato soup with yogurt and fresh herbs.
