For the lemon ice cream with passion fruit, first mix all the ingredients for the ice cream, stir well and freeze for several hours. Stir regularly, preferably every 30 minutes. If you have an ice cream maker, you can also prepare the ice cream in it (according to the manufacturer’s instructions).

Just before serving, cut the passion fruit in half and scrape out the seeds. Mix with the honey.

Fill one scoop of ice cream in each passion fruit half and add a few seeds on top. Serve the lemon ice cream with passion fruit immediately.
