For the lemon chicken soup, first wash the chicken, dry and trim if necessary. Cut into small cubes and season with salt and pepper. Wash the lemons, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese.

Melt the butter and stir in the flour. Let soup trickle in, stirring constantly. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 10 minutes.

Stir whipped cream into soup. Add lemon juice and zest and Parmesan cheese. Finely puree the soup. Add in the chicken cubes and cook. Serve the lemon chicken soup.
