For the lemon cake, knead a shortcrust pastry from margarine, powdered sugar and flour, press into a greased mold and chill for an hour.

Blind bake the shortcrust base at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the topping. To do this, beat the eggs until very foamy and mix in the sugar in batches.

Then gradually fold in all the remaining ingredients and spread on the already pre-baked cake base.

Bake the lemon cake for about 25 minutes.
