Rinse, clean and dry strawberries, set aside 8 strawberries. Cut off remaining berries, grind with electric chopper. Stir in confectioners’ sugar and cover and refrigerate.

Remove the lemon sorbet from the freezer and thaw a little. After the main course, mix the sorbet with the strawberry puree in a wide bowl with the whisk of an electric mixer. Carefully fold in the prosecco. Pour the lemon and berry Prosecco into glasses, decorate the rims of each glass with 2 strawberries. Bring the drink to the table on the spot.
