Instructions:

Clean the leek and cut it into very thin slices. Rinse apple, remove core. Cut apple into eighths and into narrow slices. Harden eggs and cut peeled into quarters.

Cut pineapple into pieces and add to remaining ingredients form with mandarin oranges. Stir vinaigrette with sour whipped cream and mix with salad ingredients. Leave to infuse for at least 3 hours, season with freshly ground pepper.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
