Instructions:

Knead together the bread, egg, minced meat and diced onion, season. Clean leek, rinse, cut into rings. Knead the leek and ham into the dough. Form eight meat loaves, fill each with a cheese cube. Fry the meat loafs in hot oil for 7 minutes on each side.

Serve with carrot vegetables and mashed potatoes.

Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish tastes twice as good!
