Instructions:

For the leek casserole, wash leeks and cut into thin rings.

Coarsely grate peeled potatoes, mix with cheese and pour into a greased casserole dish.

Mix egg with yogurt, salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour over the casserole.

Bake the leek casserole at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
