Instructions:

Blanch almonds, peel and halve.Mix dry ingredients.Add egg and honey, knead together.Let rest for at least 1/2 hour.Knead briefly, roll out 1/2 cm thick, cut out taler (5.5 cm), brush with egg white and cover with almonds.Bake in preheated oven at 200 °C for about 10 minutes.

Variation:Instead of fructose you can also use 160 g raw sugar. The gingerbread can be additionally decorated with an egg white spray glaze.
