Instructions:

First preheat the oven to 170 °C convection oven. Then mix all the ingredients together. To make it creamier, the ingredients can also be pureed with a hand blender.

Put the pan in a water bath and bake the curd cake in the oven for 1 hour. If you want the surface to be very soft, simply place a piece of aluminum foil over it.

Allow the curd cake to cool in the pan.
