Instructions:

The macaroni are cooked in 2 liters of salted water (in the cooking water add a spoonful of oil). The macaroni are cooked whole. Cut the bacon into small pieces, fry it in a little bit of oil, add the chopped onion, all two grated celery bulbs and one carrot. Pour 0.1 l of wine on it and stew for 5 to 6 minutes. Now add the cooked meat, pepper, tomato puree, salt, nutmeg seasoning, savory and new spices. Stew for another ten minutes.

Put a layer of macaroni in a greased ovenproof dish, put a layer of meat mixture on top, sprinkle with grated cheese, put another layer of macaroni, stuffing and grated cheese. The top layer is macaroni. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Our tip: use a bacon with a strong flavor – so you give this dish a special touch!
