Try this delicious pasta dish:

Clean the leek, rinse, remove all dark green. Cut into matchstick-thin sticks. For 2 min in boiling salted water form. Quench in cold water, put in a colander and drain.

Make noodles in salted water so they still have bite. Make in chicken soup instead of salted water to taste. Now drain and drain.

Heat butter and heavy cream in a saucepan. Add coarsely grated cheese. Stir with a whisk until well combined. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg.
