Instructions:

Soak the bread roll in warm water. Then squeeze well.

Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Chop the anchovy fillets. Chop the parsley as well.

Sauté onion and garlic in a frying pan with butter.

Mix well minced meat with garlic, anchovies, onion, egg, parsley and the squeezed out bread roll. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Form meat dumplings with wet hands, let the dumplings steep in boiling salted water for 10 minutes.

For the sauce, peel and finely chop the shallot and sauté in a saucepan with butter until translucent. Pour in wine and let it boil down almost.

Pour in soup, add mustard and capers. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.

Just before serving, stir in whipped cream.

Arrange the meat dumplings in the sauce.
