Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Small tender and uniform kohlrabi are used. They are peeled and hollowed out. The inside of the rutabaga is chopped and stewed in fat with parsley and the chopped mushrooms. Add a whole egg, a little bit of sour cream, breadcrumbs and fill the kohlrabi with it. Put them in a greased baking dish, pour fat and sour cream over them, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 25 to half an hour.
