Cut meat into cubes, fry in oil. Add wax or, onions, cloves and salt, pour clear soup and make 60 min. Add potatoes, kohlrabi and peas & carrots, make another 20 min. Season with pepper and salt, sprinkle with chives.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
