Instructions:

Peel the kiwis, cut a quarter of them into slices and the rest into pieces. Marinate with sugar, orange juice and liqueur. Put in a cold place.

For the orange mousse, place the gelatin in cold water to swell. Place the orange zest, orange juice and juice of one lemon in a suitable bowl. Whisk with the egg yolks and half of the sugar in a bain-marie (the water must not make) for 5 to 6 min until the yolks bind. Later whip the cream until cooled down.

Squeeze the gelatine and melt it with the liqueur in the water bath, fold it into the cream. Whip the egg whites with the remaining sugar in a warm water bath. Beat until cold and fold into the orange cream.

Arrange the marinated kiwis in glasses and spread the orange cream evenly on top. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
